Our services thus extend far beyond skill offerings for executives and include consulting services in the private environment as needed.
Executive Tower 102 intends to become the leading point of contact in questions of agile leadership. We’re counting on the scientifically proven, success-deciding factor for organizational growth: the inner, mature posture of a manager. “Hire for attitude, train for skills” is easy to say and difficult to hold on to in the everyday environment. But that does not keep us from working on our vision with passion and expertise every day.
